Watanabe Sahei Shoten was founded in 1842, they have continued to brew sake in the cold winter air that blows down from the Nikko Mountains, using the clear, famous water from the foothills of the Nikko Mountains.
They produce both sake and shochu. Sake Tasting is open to public when the shop is opened
