The owner of the restaurant used to worked as a French cuisine chef in Kanaya Hotel. Set off on his own, he opened this restaurant 22 years ago.
The restaurant serves a wide selection of Eastern and Western cuisine, ranging from Yuba-based cuisine to Western dishes like saute lamb.
Don’t miss the unagi lunch-box set (1480 yen) that is made from the locally produced rainbow trout. Drink and dessert are also included in the lunch set.
